We make home care simple – our Director of Operations works with you to design a customized care plan to provide the support you and your family require at home and or in community-based settings. 

We work under the direction of the family’s request along with our clients’ recommendations. Additionally, we work under the guidance of regulated health care professionals and rehabilitation teams that may potentially be involved in client care.

CONSULTATION

Our consultations are always free as we strive to ensure the best quality of care. We do this in a mannered approach to best facilitate our client(s) and family’s needs.

Our Director of Operations visits your family to assess the care level which would be best suited for you or your loved one, paying special attention to our client’s personality, habits, and preferences. Our Director of Operations develops a care plan which is then adjusted and approved by the client and his or her family.
